The Role:
Lead and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring consistent food quality across all outlets
Develop seasonal, guest-focused menus within a branded hotel environment
Manage food costs, GP, stock control and waste reduction
Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance (HACCP / EHO)
Work closely with F&B and Front of House to deliver smooth service
The Ideal Candidate:
Head Chef from a hotel or high-volume background
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Hands-on, calm and professional approach
Passion for fresh food and team development
