We have an exciting opportunity at our Blackpool Head Office for a Marketing Manager to organise and deliver all aspects of the companies digital and non-digital marketing in line with our business goals and values. The Role Strategy & Planning Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets Define channel strategy and growth priorities Set measurable performance targets aligned to business goals Engage and work effectively with the team and stakeholders. Digital & Performance Leadership Lead SEO strategy and organic growth initiatives Oversee PPC and paid social performance Coordination of agency SEO/PPC activity in conjunction with our own objectives and inhouse updates Own analytics and ROI reporting Onsite page improvement of service and product content, checking accuracy of spec, images, videos of Hire & Training websites Drive improvements in website conversion and user experience, through better, more relevant site content and site development ideas and updates. Involvement on site development work, design updates etc, testing of changes. Team & Agency Management Manage and develop the marketing team Set objectives and conduct performance reviews Manage agency relationships and external suppliers Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Commercial Impact Increase high-quality lead generation Improve cost-per-lead efficiency Strengthen brand presence and market positioning Report clearly on marketings contribution to revenue About You You will be an experienced marketing professional with a strong digital bias and proven ability to deliver measurable growth. You should bring: Experience developing and delivering marketing strategy Budget management experience Strong understanding of SEO, PPC and analytics Experience managing people or teams Commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making Experience in multi-site or multi-brand environments is advantageous Experience with WordPress / WooCommerce is desirable.
