JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Lead a small team of retail staff and assume overall responsibility for the success of the store. Manage all operational aspects of the store whilst delivering the sales and EBITDA budgets through dynamic lead generation, monitoring and conversion as well as controlling store P&L.

1. Follow through with customer enquiries to ensure that they are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
2. Communicate the importance of excellent customer service and selling to the other team members.
3. Ensure that a current and ongoing plan exists to improve service, and this plan is subject to regular review.
4. Making sure that customers are made number one at all times.
