Horsham Sports Injury Clinic is a well-established, forward-thinking private healthcare clinic based just outside Horsham. We work with everyone from everyday patients to elite athletes.
Alongside this, we run Elevate Reformer Pilates, our on-site studio focused on movement, strength and rehabilitation.
We’re growing quickly and are now looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth in a genuinely varied and rewarding role.
Role Description
This is a unique hybrid position combining:
* Hands-on clinical work (Physiotherapy / Sports Therapy / Osteopathy)
* Business support across both companies
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, wants to be part of building a business, and doesn’t just want to “turn up, treat, go home”.
* Treating patients in clinic
* Supporting the day-to-day running and growth of the businesses
Some admin/marketing work can be done from home, but clinical hours will be on-site.
Evening and weekend availability will be required.
Clinical Responsibilities
* Assess, diagnose and treat a range of MSK conditions
* Deliver personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
* Use manual therapy, rehab exercise and appropriate modalities
* Maintain clear and accurate clinical notes
* Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team
Operations, Marketing & Admin Responsibilities
* Managing enquiries (email, phone, social media)
* Supporting clinic diary management and bookings
* Social media content creation and scheduling
* Assisting with marketing campaigns and local outreach
* Building relationships with local clubs, schools and businesses
* General admin (stock checks, basic systems, organisation)
* Helping maintain a high standard across the clinic and studio environment
Who This Role Is Perfect For
Someone who:
* Is a qualified (or newly qualified) Physio, Sports Therapist or Osteopath
* Wants more than just clinical work
* Is organised, proactive and takes pride in doing things properly
* Enjoys people interaction and being part of a team
* Has an interest in business, marketing or growth
* Is happy to get stuck in with the day-to-day running of a busy clinic
* Puts the patients first and genuinely cares about delivering outstanding treatment
Requirements
* Relevant degree (Physiotherapy / Sports Therapy / Osteopathy)
* Appropriate registration (HCPC / SST / GOsC etc. where applicable)
* Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
* Ability to manage your own caseload
* Right to work in the UK
