This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team, working with one of the leading financial brokers in property investment. We are looking for an ambitious and professional individual who desires a long and successful career in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

The successful applicant will play a valuable role in the company and will have the opportunity to progress and develop while receiving valuable mentoring.

Job role specifications

* Build a client base and maintain strong relationships
* Be trained to achieve CAS
* Meet with clients and discuss their financial circumstances and provide appropriate options tailored to their needs
* Source mortgage products and be able to work with complex scenarios, under supervision
* Be fully compliant and follow FCA Code of Conduct
* Keep up to date on developments in legislation and macro-economic events
* Provide talks and presentations and join networks
* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers to ensure completions take place in a timely manner
* Appropriate questioning and fact finding to recommend appropriate options for the customer
* Maintain the strong reputation of Mortgage Lane and be committed to providing the best customer service and mortgage products to clients, based on their specific circumstances

Person specifications:

* Strong presentation skills
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team player and positive attitude
* Strong work ethic and ability to show initiative
