As HR Business Partner, you will support the UK & Ireland Commercial leadership in talent management, performance management, employee and leadership development, employee relations, change management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. You will help develop and implement HR priorities aligned with global HR strategies.
Responsibilities include:
* Consulting with leaders in designated regions and supporting business transformation through change management strategies.
* Supporting organizational change and design in collaboration with senior management and HR teams.
* Partnering across HR to deliver value-added services aligned with business goals.
* Working with Talent & Organizational Capability COE to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
* Managing TUPE projects and interfacing with departments and HR leadership.
* Leading talent management, succession planning, performance management, and compensation processes.
* Collaborating on recruitment activities.
* Resolving complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and developing performance improvement plans.
* Leading HR or business projects related to organizational change, cultural change, or employee rewards.
* Providing coaching and counseling to employees and management on sensitive issues.
Requirements:
* Senior HR experience in a business-facing role, with talent management and employee relations expertise.
* Experience in change management and organizational development.
* Commitment to a 12-month contract.
