About the Role:
Purpose:
To lead the delivery of Pacts family engagement services at HMP Wandsworth - in line with contractual requirements, the prisons operational and security arrangements, and in accordance with Pacts own practice standards and its operating policies, processes and procedures.
To deliver family-focused casework services including assessments, advocacy, structured interventions, case reviews and facilitating visits (both in person and online).
To manage the Visits Centre and its staff to ensure visitors have a positive visitor experience.
