About the Role
Our HealthTech client is recruiting their first Senior UX/ UI Designer to join their growing team. You'll be leading the design direction for their web and mobile apps ensuring the designs are user friendly, accessible and visually engaging.
This is a key hire where you'll work closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders across the business crafting amazing digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
* Take ownership of the full design lifecycle across both new features and existing products, covering web and mobile experiences.
* Translate ideas into tangible outputs through user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
* Shape and maintain the overall visual identity and usability of the product, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
* Partner closely with engineering teams to bring designs to life, supporting implementation and refining where needed.
* Clearly articulate design thinking and decisions to a range of stakeholders, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
* Review product builds and provide clear, practical feedback to ensure alignment with design intent and user experience standards.
* Keep a close eye on evolving design practices, tools, and trends to continuously elevate the product experience.
What We’re Looking For
* Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, supported by a strong portfolio across web and mobile products.
* Solid grounding in user-centred design, with the ability to craft intuitive and visually engaging user journeys.
* Strong eye for design fundamentals including typography, colour, layout, and overall attention to detail.
* Comfortable collaborating with engineers, with the ability to bridge the gap between design concepts and technical delivery.
* Hands-on experience with modern design tools (Figma essential, alongside tools like Sketch or Adobe XD).
* Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Confident communicator, able to explain design decisions and user flows to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Self-sufficient and proactive, with the ability to manage the full design process in a fast-moving environment.
