The Role
* Lead the smooth running of front office, housekeeping and guest services
* Maintain excellent standards across rooms, cleanliness and guest experience
* Manage staffing levels, training, performance and team development
* Ensure building safety, security and compliance at all times
* Resolve guest issues quickly, ensuring high review scores and repeat business
* Support budgeting, forecasting and cost control
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Hotel Manager or senior Rooms Leader in a hotel or aparthotel
