Job responsibilities
You will help us make health happen by:
* Ensuring the well-being of residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs
* Coaching and guiding team members, providing formal and informal training
* Assessing residents and developing, implementing, and evaluating personalized care plans
* Monitoring safety and compliance with standards, policies, and legislation
Key Skills / Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit and clinical duties, including care oversight, medication management, and providing clinical guidance
* Experience maintaining high clinical standards and policies
* Ability to offer clinical guidance and assist with CQC tasks
* Strong interpersonal skills to connect with residents and families
* Effective communication for clinical handovers and reporting
* Night shift work requires enhanced skills: confidence, self-reliance, critical thinking, and calmness in emergencies
