You ll lead a dedicated team delivering essential services that directly impact our community. Whether it s helping a resident get the support they need or guiding a colleague through a challenge, your focus will be on creating positive outcomes for everyone. About the Role Supporting your team to deliver excellent, customer-focused service. Planning and coordinating work so everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Being the go-to person for advice, problem-solving, and encouragement. Helping new team members settle in and grow in confidence. Keeping an eye on budgets and making sure resources are used wisely. Spotting ways to improve how we work and make things better for customers and staff. Representing your team in meetings and building great working relationships. Working with partners to improve outcomes for residents. Working collaboratively with other teams to deliver a truly joined up service across all our locations. About You Someone with experience of leading or supervising a team. A great communicator who can handle tricky situations with empathy and confidence. Organised, proactive, and ready to take initiative. Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and legislation (or willing to learn). Someone who genuinely cares about people and wants to improve lives. Where will you be working? Your main base will be in Bath, but we re looking for someone who s flexible and mobile ready to support our other locations when needed, including the Contact Centre. Being adaptable and comfortable working across different sites is key. There will be occasions where you will work outside of normal working hours which include Saturdays and evenings. Why join us?
