Role and Responsibilities
* Provide high standards of small animal veterinary care from our hospital in Lanark and branches in Lesmahagow and Wishaw.
* Work with a varied caseload, with 15-minute consults and a collaborative, case-discussion oriented environment.
* When on-call, more experienced vets should be comfortable working sole charge; support is available for less experienced colleagues on-call.

* Qualified Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for patient care and team collaboration.
* Flexible and proactive, committed to maintaining work-life balance and delivering high-quality client and patient care.
* Ability to engage in a supportive practice culture where ongoing learning and professional development are encouraged.
Benefits (pro rata)
* Competitive salary, up to £65,000 depending on experience

* £1,750 CPD allowance and 5 days paid CPD leave – more if a certificate holder
* RCVS & VDS fees paid, plus membership of one other society of your choice (e.g. BSAVA)
