What You Will Be Doing

Lead Product Architect Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the CTO for key educational products, ensuring core competencies are leveraged to drive value and achieve strategic goals.
Basic Requirements
* Proven expertise in data-driven learning science.
* 7+ years of experience in making critical architecture and design decisions on software projects, including the use of significant open-source technologies.
* 2+ years of experience with cloud computing services, especially AWS.
* 4+ years of experience in roles with full technical and delivery ownership of revenue-generating products.
* Experience in creating product features utilizing Generative AI.
* Proficiency in using Generative AI to optimize work processes.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
