An exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator in Manchester. Our client, a construction company, is seeking an experienced, fast-paced, and hardworking administrator to join their team, with an immediate start. This role is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Daily responsibilities will include:
1. Reporting to the Business Performance Manager
2. Providing effective and efficient administrative compliance support for the contract
3. Reporting urgent works orders and requesting updates
4. Issuing and monitoring responsive works orders in line with contract requirements
5. Planning and issuing PPMs
6. Monitoring the accounts inbox
7. Organising tenders
8. Diary management
9. Identifying additional works
10. Issuing purchase orders to sub-contractors and operatives as required
11. Ensuring all supplier invoices are processed accurately and efficiently according to policies
