Operations Coordinator (Removals)

Cannock

Full Time - 40 hours per week

5 days out of 7 per week (Monday to Friday mostly with very occasional weekends)

8am to 4.30pm or 9am to 5.30pm

£25,396.80 per annum

Overview of the role as an Operations Coordinator (Removals):

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Removals coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities as an Operations Coordinator (Removals):

* Oversee the end-to-end customer booking process, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimising profitability.
* Accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records on in house and external platforms.
* Professionally manage incoming phone calls, demonstrating courteous and effective communication skills.
* Assist in scheduling removals and installations, coordinating team calendars efficiently.
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and document scanning, as required.

Experience needed to be successful in the role as Operations Coordinator (Removals):

* Solid proficiency with office software and digital tools.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, though not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
* High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks performed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,396.80 per year
