We have created a new role within the apprenticeship team, designed to support the progress of individual apprentices and work with our employer partners, to ensure apprentices are fully supported to maximise their potential and the success of our employer partnerships. You will plan for and facilitate high quality progress reviews, designed to monitor each allocated apprentice’s participation in off-the-job training and ensure that the requirements for apprenticeship funding are met.
You will have experience of working with a range of stakeholders and a strong understanding of Education Skills Funding Agency and Ofsted requirements linked to apprenticeship.
Excellent communication skills and organisational skills will be required, together with a commitment to achieving high standards of quality performance. You will need to be innovative, proactive, and understand curriculum and quality needs and expectations.
