How You’ll Do It
1. Supervise the Department Managers and their teams in providing best-in-class service
2. Coach and develop their direct reports and the team
3. Drive Associate engagement
4. Uphold operating standards and drive Guest and team safety and satisfaction
5. Hold leaders accountable for managing venue operations
6. Hold departments accountable for budgets and spending
7. Forecast and control sales and expenses
8. Delegate and follow-up on the completion of tasks
9. Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and Caring
10. Interact with Guests to check on the quality of their experience
11. Leverage business metrics and trends to drive performance and to maximize profit and revenue
12. Cultivate relationships with community leaders and organizations to ensure strong connections
What We’re Looking For
13. 15+ years of restaurant, hotel or golf course management experience with at least 1 recent year as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager with a restaurant, hotel, or golf environment
14. Multi-unit management experience is desired but not required
15. High school diploma or equivalent
16. Excellent communication, time management and organization skills
17. Ability to work on a team
18. Energy and enthusiasm
19. A high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrity
20. Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
21. Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
22. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down stairs
23. Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for your location
