Right now we are looking for Product Manager (Hematology) to contribute to AZ’s commercial success through the development and implementation of marketing strategies and plans that lead to a sustainable, profitable, and competitive positioning of the brands or brand groups in his/her area of responsibility in the market.
MAIN DUTIES:
Product marketing strategy, plans and business results
* Preparing, updating and implementing respective plans (Brand Operational Plans/Brand Strategic Plans) including short and long-term sales/market share/profitability targets of the brands in his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with Franchise Lead.
* Gathering and interpreting accurately the customer segmentation, market analyses, competitor analyses, and other developments within the sector to ensure that the brand plans reach the targets, integrating these into operational plans and keeping them updated.
* Planning, executing & adjusting omnichannel communication to specific HCP target groups.
* Developing and implementing backup plans and strategies proactively in response to regulatory changes, brand-driven changes, competition, etc.
Planning and financial management
* Contributing to accurate forecasts for market, market share, and sales to ensure continuous growth of the brand and maximized potential.
* Optimizing the use of the marketing budget to achieve maximum benefit and meet profitability and sales targets.
* Collaborating with the brand team and marketing planning department to ensure long-term plans are aligned with AZ planning processes, managing deliveries with global, supply, and distribution teams.
Integration of cross functions
* Establishing bilateral communication with the sales team to ensure proper implementation of strategic and operational plans, providing and receiving feedback during meetings.
Customer Relations
* Defining and sharing the communication strategy for the target customer portfolio.
* Visiting customers in coordination with the sales team to provide strategic insights and resolve potential issues.
* Building and maintaining relationships with Key Experts in the therapeutic area to gather market intelligence and maximize commercial opportunities.
* Ensuring all activities comply with AZ principles, policies, and high ethical standards to protect long-term performance and reputation.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Master's degree in Marketing, Management, Medical, or relevant field
* Experience in hematology marketing within an innovative pharmaceutical company
* Experience in omnichannel marketing
* Customer-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
* Analytical, detail-oriented, strategic thinker with product vision setting ability
* Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in Polish and English
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Ability to prioritize and manage resources in a multi-TA, matrix environment
* High integrity and ethical standards
