Support Worker
Staffordshire County Council is looking for a caring and compassionate Support Worker to deliver person‑centred care for adults in their homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver care according to individual support plans and help people regain independence.
* Administer medication and support personal care tasks such as showering, dressing and eating.
* Accurately record care activities and keep up to date care records.
* Support people with eating and drinking and manage manual handling tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
* Enthusiastic about caring, sensitive, patient and positive outlook.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, calm in challenging situations.
* Willingness and physically able to provide personal and intimate care and undertake manual handling tasks.
* Experience of working in a team and delivering care in a regulated service.
* Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
* Experience of completing the Care Certificate.

* Flexible part‑time position with shifts between 7am and 10pm, including weekends.
