As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Support students in their learning and ensure lessons run smoothly.What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Previous experience working with young people (education, coaching, or similar) is desirable.
