Senior Residential Support Worker - Coventry
EBD 2 BED Children's Service (Aged 8-17)
2 on, 3 off shift pattern

We are looking for a Senior RSW to work in a 2 Bed Home, that cares for children aged 8-17.
Your aim is to transform the lives of children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and abuse. All staff are professionally qualified or working towards a qualification in therapeutic skills to enable them to tend to the children and young people's practical, physical, and emotional needs.
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will be required to:
* Support the care team to enable them to meet the needs of the children and young people.
* Undertake direct work with young people as appropriate. To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people.
* Offer supervision and support to carers in line with quality standards & regulations, and as directed by the Registered Manager. To promote our Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) approach and engage/lead weekly MDT meetings with Clinical and Education services on site.
* Assist the Deputy Manager and Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the statement of purpose and uphold the organisations mission statement and values.
This is a permanent role
Experience/Qualifications Required:
* Minimum one year as an RSW-Essential
* Driver with access to own vehicle- Essential
* NVQ 3/4 Residential Childcare- Highly Desirable
