Overview
Randstad is seeking a highly skilled and experienced end client focused SAP Business (Capability) Lead, to support our clients Global Manufacturing Transformation Lead, in their Gas Services (Distributed) business unit. The role will oversee and drive the S4 template transformation across the Manufacturing, Quality Management (QM), and Plant Maintenance (PM) process areas. This role will serve as the strategic liaison between business stakeholders, other GS D capability leads, business roll out / project teams, central SE template technical teams and other SE manufacturing strategy teams. You will ensure the SE Global Template solution is fit for “purpose”, aligned with operational goals, strategic purpose and deliver measurable value in GS D. The role will be focused on driving process alignment across the GS D Business Units and ensuring business transformation is at the heart of the approach.
Responsibilities
* Function as the deputy GS D MFQ Business Capability Lead for the Global Manufacturing Transformation Lead.
* Drive business transformation opportunities and process standardization across plants and manufacturing sites.
* Support Global Plant/Site leads in the implementation, enhancement, and support of Manufacturing (inc ePPDS), QM, and PM processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and drive alignment workshops.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related issues and improvements in assigned process areas.
* Work with the SE Central template team to manage and prioritize SAP change requests.
* Support data integrity, master data governance, and compliance within SAP systems, and facilitate training and change management.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
* 10+ years of experience in SAP with a focus on Manufacturing, QM, and PM modules.
* 10+ years in a business front-end client role, focused on process harmonization and business transformation.
* Proven track record of leading SAP projects or workstreams in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in production, quality control, and maintenance.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.
* Experience with S/4HANA is highly desirable.
* Ability to manage a wide, globally based team working across multiple time zones and languages.
* Experience of MES Integration with SAP is necessary.
Desirable Skills
* SAP certification in relevant modules.
* Experience of SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud
* Experience with SAP Joule artificial intelligence, digital manufacturing, industry 4.0, IoT integration, or predictive maintenance.
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
* Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
* French & Swedish would be an advantage (but not essential)
