Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Mental Health
Location: Derbyshire
Pay Rate: £30.50 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Social Worker specializing in Adult Mental Health to join our client. To be successful in this role, candidates must have SWE registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and possess post-qualified experience.
Requirements for the role:
Undertake assessments with a strong focus on person-centred and strengths-based approaches, placing adults and their carers at the centre of support planning.
Demonstrate a sound understanding of preventative and asset-based social work practice to promote independence and well-being.
Work closely with partner agencies to deliver integrated, coordinated support tailored to individual needs.
Apply professional knowledge and skills when working with adults experiencing severe mental ill health, supporting recovery and stability.
Contribute to effective multidisciplinary working, sharing expertise and maintaining collaborative relationships across services.Benefits of the role:
