You’ll be on the phone with your team, closing deals, leading by example and earning overrides, whilst assisting with new development launches and showing what best-in-class performance looks like. At the same time, you’ll be coaching, mentoring, and developing your consultants, creating a high-energy, success-driven culture where targets are exceeded and careers are built.
50,000 – £70,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and override bonus (OTE £150,000+)
~ Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

The Investment Sales Manager Role:
Identify and secure new property investment opportunities
Build and manage a pipeline of high-net-worth investor clients
Deliver tailored property investment advice and solutions
Lead, train, and coach a team of sales consultants to exceed targets
Prepare and present investment proposals and sales reports
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Proven experience in property investment sales (essential)
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Solid understanding of UK property markets and investment products
Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team (essential)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
