Base pay range
Web Developer (mid-level)
Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Liverpool (Hybrid)
We’re proud to be working with a growing digital agency known for its design-led, user-focused approach to development and digital strategy. This close-knit team partners with clients across the eCommerce and EdTech sectors, delivering smart, functional web builds that blend great UX with clean, scalable code. As the agency continues to grow, they’re now looking for a Mid-Level Web Developer to join their studio, someone who’s passionate about collaborative problem-solving and building digital experiences that look as good as they work.
About the role
* Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing and design team to bring ideas to life.
* Contribute to scoping, client-facing discussions, and build decisions.
* Maintain high coding standards under guidance of the Head of Development
* Help shape the technical and creative direction of key accounts.
* WordPress (custom), WooCommerce, Shopify
About You
* Over 3 years\' experience in web development
* Understands both UX and clean, scalable code
* Can work independently and take ownership of tasks
* Enjoys working in a collaborative environment with input across teams
* Open to occasional client-facing work
* Uses tools like AI to streamline their work (not replace it)
