Overview:
We are working with a leading civil engineering contractor delivering a strong pipeline of clean and waste water infrastructure projects across the South East. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery across multiple schemes in Sussex, Hampshire, and Kent.
This hybrid role offers flexibility with site attendance and remote working options. The company is known for investing in their employees, providing genuine long-term career progression within a growing team in the water sector.
Key Requirements:
1. Strong background in civil engineering and water infrastructure
2. Proven experience managing NEC contracts, including Early Warnings and Compensation Events
3. Knowledge of CDM regulations, risk and programme management, and cost control
4. Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar planning tools
5. Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
6. Valid CSCS Manager's Card, SMSTS, and ideally NEBOSH Construction certification
7. Understanding or capabilities in MEICA
8. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
9. Ability to work independently and challenge designs when necessary
