Your Role: Campaign Executive

You’ll manage dynamic projects, from on-air sponsorships to engaging podcasts, ensuring every element is flawlessly delivered. Key Responsibilities
* Problem Solve (40%): Can we fix it? Yes we can! You’ll be part of a collaborative team capable of identifying campaign issues and working to resolve them in a timely manner, keeping everyone informed.
* Project Management (50%): Lead the delivery of on-air sponsorships, competitions, and podcast campaigns. Manage timelines, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are on brand, on time, and on point.
* Lead Management (10%): Play a pivotal role in fueling our sales engine—triage inbound leads, capture insights in our CRM, and connect opportunities with sales experts to drive results.

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you will:
* Develop understanding of campaign planning and booking systems.
* Understand the delivery cycle from planning to execution.
* Build relationships with internal teams and understand their roles.
* Gain knowledge of Global’s products and inventory.
* Confidently handle calls and emails from internal and external customers.
