The Role As a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, you’ll play a key role in supporting the property team with a range of administrative and client-facing duties, including: Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence Managing diaries and arranging client appointments Handling phone calls and email enquiries Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties Assisting with file opening, AML checks, and general administration You’ll be joining a friendly and professional team, where your contributions are genuinely valued, and there’s room to develop your skills further.
