For the past 10 years, Live Wire has worked across Formula 1, supplying technology to the major teams and F1 Management. Our work varies from constructing viewer experiences in teams’ hospitality suites, paddock, garages and factories elevating each of the 24 races a year.


JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a People Manager to help support and develop our growing team at Live Wire. You’ll work closely with leadership, managers and our wider team to make sure people processes run smoothly. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and day-to-day support. As Live Wire continues to grow, this role will play an important part in strengthening our people processes, supporting managers and helping our teams do their best work.


RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll be doing:

* Supporting the day-to-day running of the People function across the company.
* Working closely with the people team and leadership on recruitment, onboarding and employee support.
* Helping maintain employee records, documentation and HR systems.
* Supporting employee relations, absence management and performance processes
* Advising managers on HR policies, best practice and people matters as they arise.
* Improving people processes and helping introduce better ways of working.
* Supporting employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
* Helping ensure the business remains compliant with UK employment law and HR best practice.


REQUIREMENTS


What we’re looking for:

* Experience working in an HR or People role in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
* Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Confident in advising managers on people matters.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information professionally.
* Previous experience in a standalone or broad generalist HR role.
* Experience supporting process improvement, policy development or wider people initiatives.
* Experience working in an events-led or fast-paced operational environment.
