Senior/Principal/Associate Geotechnical Engineer (Offshore/Numerical Analysis), Leeds
We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior/Principal/Associate Geotechnical Engineer based in Leeds to support our expanding workload and prestigious geotechnical projects in the UK and internationally.
We need to grow our team to meet increasing client demands, especially in infrastructure (rail, highways, water) and energy sectors, including carbon capture & storage, renewable energy, offshore/onshore oil & gas, and nuclear power.

Requirements:
* Proven senior/principal geotechnical engineer with strong technical and project management skills. Mentoring junior engineers is part of the role, so good communication is essential.
* Degree in civil engineering or geology, postgraduate qualification in geotechnics, and chartered status as a civil engineer or geologist.
* Ability to develop and expand our infrastructure geotechnics capability across sectors.
Candidates should have:
* Experience in sectors like highways, rail, or water geotechnics.
* Strong academic background, ideally MSc or equivalent.
* Chartered status.
* Experience as a senior/principal geotechnical engineer in a fast-paced consultancy.
* Project management experience, including client relations, work planning, and commercial management.
* Proven geotechnical design experience.
* Knowledge of CDM Regulations in design and ground investigation.
* Excellent interpersonal, technical, and leadership skills.
* Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with clients.
* Track record in negotiating and managing successful projects.
* Excellent report writing and self-checking skills.
* Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas.
* Valid UK driving license.
