Job Description
3. Manage and maintain accurate customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
4. Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with clients as necessary.
5. Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies.
7. Generate regular reports on credit control activities for management review.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
9. Support the accounting & finance team with administrative tasks as required.
10. Provide excellent customer service when addressing payment queries.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Control Administrator should have:
