Mid-Level C++ Developer
to join our client's high-performing team on a travel technology project.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain high-performance Back End components using C++11 or newer.
* Design dynamic, responsive Front End interfaces with AngularJS/Angular 2+.
* Support and enhance existing systems with a focus on performance, stability, and maintainability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, QA, DevOps, etc.) to deliver new features.
* Refactor Legacy code and actively contribute to reducing technical debt.
* Write clean, well-documented, scalable, and maintainable code.
* Participate in code reviews and support junior developers where appropriate.
* Uphold secure coding practices and adhere to development standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as part of ongoing system support.
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of professional software development experience.
* Proficient in C++11 or later with strong knowledge of memory management, concurrency, and object-oriented programming.
* Solid experience with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web service integration.
* Experience in maintenance/support roles involving bug fixing and system enhancement.
* Strong debugging and full-stack problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in using Git and working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Sprints.
* Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to team communication and delivery.
Education & Background
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Industry knowledge in full-stack software development is essential.
