We are working with a well-established and growing property company based in South London that is looking to hire an experienced HR Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive HR professional to join a people-focused business during an exciting period of growth.
The role
This position will play a key role in supporting the Head of HR and partnering with managers across the organisation. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day HR support as well as guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and broader people initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising and coaching managers on a range of HR and employee relations matters
* Supporting the implementation and development of HR policies and procedures
* Overseeing recruitment processes and managing onboarding for new employees
* Assisting with training and development initiatives across the business
* Maintaining HR records and contributing to regular reporting
* Playing an active role in wider HR projects and continuous improvement work
* Supporting with payroll
1. What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a property, retail or hospitality
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
* A confident communicator with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is preferred
* A hands-on, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously
