Location: Primarily home-based, with visits required to our office based in Crowborough

Role Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to cover maternity leave. The role is mainly home-based and includes full handover training.
Responsibilities
* Answering calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact
* Organising engineers' diaries and scheduling jobs
* Liaising with clients and suppliers
* Ordering materials and tracking deliveries
* Preparing and sending invoices, monitoring payments, and chasing debtors
* Maintaining records and compliance documentation
* Providing general administrative support to directors and the team
Skills & Experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) – laptop provided
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Previous office/administration experience preferred (knowledge of the construction/trades sector beneficial)
* Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
