At PenCarrie, we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT team and help shape the future of one of the UK’s leading B2B suppliers in the garment decoration industry.


🔍 What you’ll do:

✅ Lead business analysis for digital and ERP projects

✅ Gather and document requirements, user stories & specs

✅ Collaborate with stakeholders across the business

✅ Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements

✅ Support change management and training initiatives


💡 What you’ll bring:

✔ Experience in business analysis within project environments

✔ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

✔ Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, CMS platforms & UX/UI principles
