Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will:
* build on your existing skill set in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills
* make a difference to Residents at times when they are most vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions
* mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students
* communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and model professional behaviours
* advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for Residents and their families
* recognise safeguarding indicators and know how to respond if concerns arise; attend safeguarding training and undertake related training
Qualifications & Experience
You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care, hold a valid PIN, and understand your professional standards as set by the NMC.
You will be committed to safeguarding and the wellbeing of Residents, and you will be prepared to engage with digital care planning as part of ongoing digital capability development.
