About the Role:
We are seeking a Damp and Mould Operative for our client in social housing. This position involves identifying and addressing damp and mould issues to ensure healthy living conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct inspections for damp and mould.
* Implement treatments and repairs.
* Educate residents on prevention.
* Document assessments and actions.
Requirements:
* Experience in damp and mould remediation.
* Knowledge of building materials and moisture control.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Valid driving license and ability to travel.
* CSCS
