Deliver high-quality fee-earning work and contribute to departmental profitability
* Advise on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, and procedures
* Represent clients in Employment Tribunals, including advocacy where appropriate
* Deliver training sessions and legal updates to clients
* Contribute to business development through networking, marketing, and seminars
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Employment Law
* Experience managing a full caseload with minimal supervision
* Advocacy experience (desirable)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
Commercial Awareness
Understands financial and commercial drivers of legal services
Effectively manages billing, WIP, and cash collection
Identifies opportunities for business growth and service improvement
Delivers reliable, responsive, and high-quality service
Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
