The Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant in our Chelmsford office, I'll be responsible for driving the entire recruitment process—from identifying top talent to placing them with clients in the life sciences sector. I'll work closely with companies to understand their needs and help them find the right professionals to drive their success. I'll also be building strong, lasting relationships with candidates, helping them progress in their careers.
What I'll Be Doing:
* Building and managing relationships with both clients and candidates in the life sciences industry
* Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the best matches for client vacancies
* Managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from initial contact through to negotiating offers
* Meeting individual and team targets by placing candidates in top roles
* Keeping up-to-date with industry trends to offer expert advice and market insights to clients
* Networking, attending industry events, and using multiple tools to find the best talent in the market
