The Growth Company (GC) Education and Skills team is seeking a Resourcer responsible for managing the end-to-end candidate recruitment process to fill various programmes, aiming to meet and exceed business targets in start volumes and achievement/retention. The role involves understanding candidates' skills, experience, support needs, and career aspirations, and matching them to suitable opportunities to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and filling programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange advertising for Apprenticeship vacancies, Traineeships, and other programmes to attract suitable candidates and successfully fill offered programmes.
* Plan, organise, and attend internal recruitment events, including promoting services, inviting learners, booking rooms, preparing presentations, and distributing offer letters.
* Conduct quality-driven IAG interviews and assessments for early offers, immediate candidates, and in-work conversions to make appropriate offers and secure commitments.
* Provide Information, Advice, and Guidance to help candidates make informed career and qualification decisions, maximising retention and qualification achievement.
* Interview learners nearing the end of their programmes to facilitate progression to the next level or alternative positive destinations.
* Manage all candidates in the pool efficiently until they are placed onto a programme, ensuring high customer service levels and recruitment outcomes.
* Handle end-to-end resourcing for employer vacancies and traineeships promptly to optimise recruitment and service quality.
* Identify opportunities to promote other group products supporting the achievement of business targets.

Skills Required:
* Ability to motivate employers and individuals, building strong relationships.
* Maths and English GCSE grades A-C/4-9.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with data capture systems.
* IAG qualification or working towards it is desirable.
* Knowledge of the education sector, especially in Greater Manchester.
* Understanding of diverse target audiences' needs.
* Knowledge of learner support needs and available support types.
