Your responsibilities • Increase product knowledge & BMH skills • Provide tele-sales support to customers including written quotations • Support the Aftermarket Leadership Team • Provide technical support to customers and colleagues for certain products • Expedite key quotations through the various IT systems as required • Maintain and update outstanding live quotations through the business systems • Maintain and maximise spares sales margins • Promote the sale of site service work with customers whenever possible • Attend site for measuring and support sales visits.
