We are looking for a Service to Cash (Disputes & New Accounts) Team Member with enthusiasm, drive and a positive attitude to join our Finance Team. The role will require a self-starter who is numerate, analytical, investigative and who has experience in processing large volumes of data. Ideally you will have worked within a similar transactional finance role, however for the right applicant training will be provided. This role supports the delivery of revenue management.
1. Reviewing and validating customer disputes
2. Accurately recording disputes
3. Monitoring logged disputes, escalating in line with process
4. Working closely with stakeholders
5. Quarterly and Bi-annual audits for access / legal disputes
6. Master data management
7. Proven ability to successfully communicate with stakeholders, with good interpersonal, written and

9. Attention to detail and accuracy
10. Ability to work to tight deadlines, with a flexible agile attitude
11. Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools
12. Good organisational skills, with ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
