About the Role
We are seeking a Content Designer to shape and deliver engaging digital content across Cancer Research UK’s website. You will manage campaigns, optimize user journeys, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure content is accessible, impactful, and aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver structured end-to-end content experiences.
* Support omnichannel content delivery and personalization.
* Manage campaign requests, ensuring quality and accessibility.
* Collaborate with teams to implement content strategies and best practices.
* Use data insights to evaluate and improve content performance.
* Lead workshops, user interviews, and training sessions.
* Support content migration to our new headless CMS (Contentful).
Ideal Candidate
* Experience delivering and optimizing digital content in large organizations using a headless CMS, preferably Contentful.
* Strong copywriting, SEO, UX, and accessibility knowledge.
* Data-literate with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Solution-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Additional Information
This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week) based in Stratford, London, with flexible office attendance (1-2 days/week). You must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
