CK Group are recruiting for a Benefits Advisor to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid role with 2 to 3 days on site in Bournville, Birmingham and the rest home/remote working.
Salary:
£19.07 to £23.82 ph PAYE
Benefits Advisor Role:
* Responsible for the maintenance of the existing personnel and employee insurance
* Qualified claims processing in the named insurance areas (accidental damage, company pension, occupational disability
etc)
* Continuous market review
* Competent support and advice for employees
* Support with projects and handling of benefits
Your Background :
* Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience
* Hold a suitable HR qualification
* Experience working in a global organisation
* Be detail-oriented
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent German Speaker
