Job Description
3. Prepare and manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
4. Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Support the preparation of monthly management reporting packs.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
7. Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management.
8. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and policies.
9. Contribute to the development and improvement of financial models and systems.
10. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
11. A strong background in financial analysis and reporting, ideally within the FMCG industry.
12. Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced use of spreadsheets or financial software.
13. Part-Qualified (CIMA or ACCA)
14. A degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
15. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
16. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
17. Strong communication skills to present complex financial data clearly.
