We’re supporting a lovely pre-school in Blackpool that’s looking for a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Educator to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a setting that champions child-led learning, creativity, and emotional development.
About the Role:
* Full-time, temporary position
* Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 4:00 PM
* Open all year round
* You’ll be helping children grow through play, exploration, and structured learning, while supporting their individual needs.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
* Planning and delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
* Supporting children with toileting and personal care (including babies and toddlers)
* Assisting with mealtimes and maintaining a clean, nurturing space
* Encouraging outdoor learning and continuous provision
* Observing and recording children’s progress
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Ensuring all safeguarding policies are followed
What We’re Looking For:
* A recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education
* Experience in nursery or pre-school settings
* A solid understanding of the EYFS framework
* A genuine passion for early years education
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Creativity, patience, and a proactive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
