We have fabulous opportunity for you to join our Statutory Sales and Resales team, supporting our customers to achieve their home ownership goals. As Property Sales Progressor (known internally by us as Statutory Sales Executive), youll meet (and exceed!) our sales income and targets as you deliver a fantastic customer focused experience to current and potential customers, promoting our home ownership services all the way!
Typical day as a Property Sales Progressor (know to us as Statutory Sales Executive)
* Managing all sales activity, progressing sales and achieving targets.
* Assessing potential customers ability to purchase properties, guiding through the agreed approval process.
* Supporting with marketing and campaigns relevant to each sale, including resales, staircasing and statutory sales campaigns.
* Keeping accurate records on statutory sales and resales transactions, supporting monthly and annual reporting.
* Attending open days, launches and other sales activities.
