Key Responsibilities
* Manage fee income and all aspects of commercial property work, including sales, purchases, leases, and agricultural matters.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and innovate service delivery.
* Build and maintain strong, profitable client relationships to ensure departmental success.
* Consistently provide a high level of service to meet client expectations.
* Supervise a two-year qualified solicitor, providing support on client files.
* Assist in raising the profile of the department and enhancing the firm's reputation.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Solid experience in commercial property law.
* Ideally 5+ years PQE, but candidates with 2-4 years PQE will also be considered.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
* Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
* A proactive approach to decision-making and taking ownership of responsibilities.
