You'll play a vital part in ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence, supporting them to enjoy everyday activities like reading, watching films, and listening to music. Key Responsibilities: Personal care, bowel management, and catheter care Driving to appointments and outings Supporting daily routines and interests We're looking for a confident, compassionate, and reliable care professional who builds strong relationships and delivers high-quality, person-centred care.
