About the Role
As a DT Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
• Teaching DT across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Delivering practical lessons in Product Design, Resistant Materials, or Engineering
• Planning creative and technically focused lessons
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
• Contributing to curriculum development
• Supporting DT clubs and competitions
• Creating a safe and stimulating workshop environment
• Participating fully in ECT induction and whole-school CPD
Experience and Qualifications
• DT, Engineering, or Product Design degree
• PGCE or QTS
• DT Teacher
